Got my ban lifted on MSNBC, but still can't log in

So, esteemed moderator—good news, as DD let me know that my ban from MSNBC has been officially lifted! However, there seems to be a bit of a technical hiccup, as I still can't actually get through the digital front door—it’s a bit like having your key cut and handed back to you, only to find out the lock itself hasn't been changed yet, if you catch my drift. Could you please kindly update the database and add me back to the MSNBC allow list? 😁
