So, I really need to swap out my lenses because my prescription is all messed up again—ugh, eye doctors, am I right?—but I’m actually super attached to my current frames. Like, I don't want to buy a whole new pair. Is it even possible to just get the lenses swapped out while keeping the same frames?

Oh, it should definitely be possible, though I guess it gets a little tricky if you end up breaking the frame while trying to keep the glass intact, because then finding a matching frame that fits perfectly might be a bit of a headache.
I actually had the glass replaced on my old window frame just before last summer without any issues at all, and the whole thing ended up costing me about $267 for both the glass and the labor.
