How do you say "speech recognition software" in English?

Is there any actual speech recognition software out there—you know, those programs that take spoken words and magically turn them into text? I’m already aware of a few options, such as Dragon Naturally or even IBM viavoice... but the problem is, they simply don't support the English language.

I honestly doubt there's even anyone working with the English language here!
