So, here's the deal.

It started Monday. I’ve just been feeling totally wiped out and sluggish (which is weird because I usually hit the gym 3 to 5 times a week), and my hands have this slight tremor.
My temperature keeps jumping around between 98.6 and 101.3 degrees.
I'm also getting some mild dizziness.
And then there's my heart rate—it feels like I can actually "hear" my heartbeat more intensely, though maybe I'm just imagining things.
My throat feels fine, and the cough is pretty minor and just happens once in a while.

Look, I know the smart move is to just go see a doctor, but I’m honestly a little embarrassed. I’m terrified they’ll just brush me off and tell me it’s just a common flu or something. So, I wanted to ask you all—does this sound like a typical virus where I should just stay home and rest, or does it sound like something else that warrants making an appointment?

Thanks so much in advance. 🙂

If you're running a fever, you might want to actually go see a doctor instead of just sitting there.
Otherwise, you're basically just waiting to catch pneumonia.

You’re better off staying on this forum until tonight; then these "expert" doctors of ours can just use telepathy to cure you. ☕

Man, you’re being so malicious. I just really hate going to the doctor, and the thought of them treating me like garbage—just like how you used to act—is honestly awful. It’s happened to me more than once, I guess.

Look, there’s really no point in making a scene about it, she’s your doctor and you’re the one who's sick, so just go there and let her do whatever she thinks is necessary, because if she tells you everything is fine then it probably is, unless I left my crystal ball sitting on a different nightstand somewhere, so yeah, I’m definitely not out here playing remote doctor today... 😁

It’s never the right time for a flat tire when you actually need one 😁

I am not being malicious; rather, you are the one who needs medical attention. What if there is an underlying condition that requires treatment? If there isn't... well, thank God for that, regardless of what anyone tells you.
