Weird forum, weird users—zero objectivity here

I’m sure most of you have noticed this by now—it seems like certain users are either personal friends with the moderators or at least on very good terms with them.
So, if one of those "inner circle" members decides to go after someone, they won't even get a warning, let alone a ban. It’s pretty clear the mods are
biased—and honestly, half the time, they’re the ones being insulting.

Now, I’m not saying everyone is guilty of this, but it feels like the majority are.

What’s your take on all this?

I should probably add that neither your take nor mine is particularly objective (not that I'm claiming any higher ground here).👍

I’ve spent time on various forums—mostly American ones, plus some over in Italy—and honestly, people get banned here for way less than they do elsewhere. There's also a lot more subjectivity out there compared to this place. On the biggest Italian forum, if you aren't Italian, you basically have a much higher chance of getting banned for the exact same thing anyone else would get away with. This forum, though... it’s got all kinds of nationalities and political views, and they don't seem to play favorites based on that. Sure, nothing is perfect, and there's always some drama somewhere, but overall, I think this place is alright. 👍

I’m doing just fine; I haven't been banned in three and a half years now... 😁

Honestly, this whole forum feels pretty subjective to me—and the users here? They’re a strange bunch. Everyone seems to have their own little bubble of opinion. 😉
And don't even get me started on the moderators. ☕

I spend time on other message boards too, and frankly, most of them are way better than this one. 👍

It's not everyone, and I wouldn't say it's the majority either, but yeah, there are definitely a few bad apples. Most of them actually stay objective and do a decent job.

My mom had the same procedure done. She was under general anesthesia, so she didn't feel a thing.

I don't know about you guys, but I’m honestly wondering how my head hasn't just exploded listening to Melody... she's like a broken record at this point. It’s always the same loop: poor her, her boyfriend who loves her but isn't a doctor, how sexy Brazilian women are, those curves, how she isn't really into doctors but it's not exactly a fetish either, how she gets a kick out of medical needles, how doctors are supposedly "superior," how much she loves her guy, how everyone else is just weird and jealous... People just don't get that a girl should have wide hips, and she's clearly proud of hers. The media is always pushing these busty blondes, but that's just not her vibe; she thinks smaller breasts are actually prettier, though she's definitely not insecure about it. Then there's the whole thing about how veterinarians are hot because they're smart, or how pharmacists are attractive, or how doctors *would* be hot if they weren't such massive egos... Her boyfriend is "special" and unlike any other man, he's hot and he loves her, and she loves him even though he isn't a doctor or a vet—he's studying pharmacy, which makes him smart, and apparently, he's into Brazilian and Hawaiian types. She judges people based on their kindness, she's got great curves and she's proud of them, even if she doesn't have huge breasts... she thinks small is better.🙂
