The Germans will probably find a way out. It’s pretty much what happened with Canada yesterday.🙂

Canada vs. Spain, 9-17 at halftime

If the Canadians hadn't swapped out their goalie, we probably would have been looking at a score of 30 by now 🙏

Wait, hold on... why on earth are these two teams playing two days in a row?🤷

Are the Spaniards actually crushing it at this election, or is everyone else just totally underwhelming?🤷😕

So, looking at the second halves today... Germans put up 23 goals while the French only managed 5. Doesn't make any sense, really, but whatever...

Samuel Baker3 said:The way the Frenchies are playing right now is straight-up criminal; they’re missing shots like they couldn't hit water if they fell out of a boat. And don't even get me started on that defense—it’s a whole different level of incompetence. It felt like the Czechs were just taking a casual stroll through their zone without anyone even trying to stop them. Dinart is just standing there staring at Karabatic, Karabatic is busy watching Gille, and Onesta is basically running around giving everyone a masterclass in how to absolutely wreck a game. 🙏

They only let in 20 goals during the match, and you're seriously calling that a stroll for the Czechs?

Omeyer finished with 24 saves, which works out to about 55%, though you have to remember that half of those were clear-cut chances.

Just putting together a little intro post here...

Look, we might not be best buddies or anything—but honestly, equating Canadians entirely with the gay community is a bit of a stretch, don't you think?☕

Looks like the Spaniards have split. Are they planning on celebrating in Austria again? (Like they do with soccer) 😲

.The Poles are looking sharp again... they’re moving forward, and honestly, nobody is going to have an easy time facing them. That standout player, Rosicki, is something else—he reminds me of a young Balic, just incredibly quick, agile, and clinical when he goes for the finish. Though, if he doesn't land a contract abroad soon, I suspect he'll be snapped up by a major club in no time.

Well, they did the exact same thing last time. They crushed it during the first two rounds, then I guess they just ran out of steam.

I wouldn't even touch that bet... feels like the Frenchmen are playing on a whole different level. Honestly, I'd bet my house they make it all the way to the finals.

Look, if half of those were just easy saves, then we're looking at a pretty mediocre defense here. If you strip those out and say he actually had 16 real saves—which would put him at around 37%—that’s perfectly fine, but it's certainly nothing to write home about. At that rate, they would've let in about 28 goals, which honestly isn't exactly a blowout. The problem is that stats never tell you the whole story; they don't show whether the shots were legitimate attempts or just desperate, low-percentageHail Marys from way out of position. If half the shots being faced were just garbage attempts, it's not exactly hard to pad a goalie's stats, is it?

Look, let's be real, they've always been a powerhouse because their defense is just rock solid. They might start a tournament looking a little sluggish or out of sync, but the second things get high-stakes, they tighten up and lock everything down. Their offense is kind of a rollercoaster—they have some tournaments where they look unstoppable and others where they struggle to find any rhythm—but as long as that defense stays elite, they can grind out a win. Even if their offense is just mediocre on any given night, that defensive wall is enough to carry them through.

Man, those Germans. I haven't seen a national team this funny in a long time.🤣
Bitter, Glandorf, Kauffman, and then that crazy center, Miller... honestly, it was ridiculous🤣.
But my favorite part has to be when Bitter lost his mind. I was absolutely dying.🤣🤣

Has anyone happened to stumble upon a clip of Bitter's meltdown?

Bitter was on another level when he totally lost it. I was dying.🤣🤣

What a coach. What a national team. 😁
