Bumps in the genital area

Can someone please make sense of this for me... I honestly have no clue what's going on with my body lately... about a month ago I dealt with a boil on my big labia down there, and now, out of nowhere, another one popped up right by the vaginal opening... Like, seriously, why?! What could possibly be causing this...

Look, maybe it’s nothing—and I could be wrong here—but I deal with those tiny, barely visible bumps myself. You know the ones? They don't really show up much visually, but you can definitely feel them when you touch the area. I've also had some larger, more painful ones pop up from time to time. I actually went to see my OB-GYN about it, and she took a look and basically told me it was just standard stuff—likely caused by sweating, shaving, or just general skin irritation. So, in my experience, it’s probably nothing to worry about.

I really don't want to freak you out or anything, but honestly, you should probably just go see a gynecologist. It could be warts—you know, those HPV-related things.
