Missed period after pineal cyst surgery?

09.09.2008. My daughter had surgery to remove a cyst on her pineal gland. Since then, she's been getting her period roughly every 3-4 months, which they manage with Danazol tablets. Her hormone levels are fine and all the tests come back normal.
Anyone else dealing with something similar?
