I actually built this myself. Because my space is pretty tight, I had to design them to be portable. I came up with two different ways to handle it. The first idea was to drill two holes directly into the wall and insert two anchor pipes that have a slightly larger diameter than the workout bars themselves. When you're ready to train, you just slide the bars (I used heavy-duty PVC pipes) into those wall anchors. Once you're done, you pull them out and put them away, leaving nothing behind but two small holes in the wall. The second method follows a similar logic but uses the floor instead. You drill two holes in the floor, insert some pipes, and set them firmly in concrete. Then, you have someone from the local plumbing crew connect two L-shaped pipes to the main line. When it's time to work out, you just slot your bars into the floor mounts. When you're finished, you pull them out and cover the holes with some matching floor tiling or a rug, and you're good to go... 🙂. Just a heads-up: these solutions are meant for spaces where you actually have permission to drill into the ceiling or floor—definitely not for an apartment 🙂. I'm not sure if my explanation makes sense (it's a bit technical!), so if you have any questions, just let me know!
