Hey everyone.
So, look, I want to pack on as much muscle as humanly possible, just like everybody else here.
When I was a kid, I was basically a total tank—literally overweight; at ten years old, I was already hitting 155 lbs. Then I dropped down to about 150 lbs and just started growing, though my weight stayed pretty much dead even (the scale wasn't broken, trust me, it was just being honest), and now I’m 15 and sitting at 150 lbs. I wouldn't say I'm fat now, but I'm definitely not feeling myself when I look in the mirror. My stomach looks flat enough when I'm standing up, but the second I sit down, I've got those rolls popping out everywhere. My main goal is to actually have decent arms—you know, biceps that show when I put on a T-shirt—and more than anything, I want a six-pack. I've read a ton of stuff online, but I can't find anyone giving me a straight answer, so if you guys could help me out based on what I just told you—how can I get abs and bulk up my biceps and triceps as fast as possible (ideally by summer 2010)? Also, do I actually need to go out and buy protein shakes or some other supplement to force that muscle volume, and if I do, please just tell me exactly what to drink... About a month ago, I started messing around with some dumbbells, using 5-pounders, doing 4 sets of 15 reps every single day; I can see a tiny bit of a difference, but it's nowhere near where I want to be, which is why I figured maybe I need that protein.
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction, and sorry if my grammar is trash or if I'm using the wrong terminology, and yeah, sorry for the massive wall of text. THANKS!!!
