So, did you actually end up watching it? 🙂

That's their whole gimmick... using a similar title

Well, I guess we dodged a bullet since we just downloaded the movie instead. I was curious to see what everyone was saying about it, so I took a look at the reviews a moment ago. Some people are absolutely livid because they went out and bought the DVD thinking it was actually good🤣 Those folks are really getting screwed😁

By the way, the critics over in the UK gave this thing a zero out of ten😢

Megan Diaz33 said:And you know there's always going to be a couple of fools around here looking to make a scene. 🤣Man, they really fell for that cheap little scam, didn't they? Just total suckers for the low-budget hustle. 😂

That scene where Alex is driving through that absolute madness is killer—it’s raining, snowing, everything is going to hell, but then you look out his rearview mirror and it’s like there isn't a single drop falling behind his car. It’s wild. 😲 I don't even know where to start with this one, honestly. It’s just one of those days where everything feels like a massive, exhausting joke, you know? Like you're staring at a brick wall and someone expects you to find the hidden door. It’s all just noise at this point. 😲 It’s like the car and Alex are both just trying to shake off the bad weather like it's some kind of curse. 🙏 🙏

🤣

Man, I totally missed that detail. 😁

I noticed that the exact second the ice breaks through the windshield, the hail just stops hitting—like the rest of the scene just shuts off. You know what I mean? It’s like God was just taking aim at him until he finally landed a direct hit, and then He was just done with it. 🙏

So then Alex starts breaking down, crying his eyes out because the guy actually died, hops out of the car—you can still see the body slumped right there in the driver's seat—goes over to comfort this pregnant woman, and then he just wanders back, climbs back into the driver's side, and suddenly the guy is gone like he vanished into thin air. 😁

But what I did notice was how the moment the ice finally cracks the windshield, the hail just stops instantly—it’s like the rest of the storm just vanishes from the scene. You know? It's almost as if God was aiming at him, let loose until he hit his mark, and then just called it quits. 🙏

Then you have Alex getting all emotional because the guy died, stepping out of the car (you can still see the body in the driver's seat), comforting the pregnant woman, and then heading right back to sit in the driver's seat... and suddenly, the guy is just gone. Like, nowhere to be found. 😁

🤣

I remember it. 🤣Part of me really wants to go back and watch it again, maybe catch some other subtle detail that I missed the first time around. 🙏

I haven't had a spare moment. I had to download a 5GB expansion pack for my niece's Sims 3. 🙈

It happens all the time—people accidentally watch one of their knockoffs thinking it’s the actual blockbuster they were looking for. I just stumbled upon this one because the 2008 version came out way too early, so this one feels even fresher by comparison...

2012: Supernova
They’re always churning out these mockbusters just a week or two before the big studio release hits theaters...
Just be careful what you end up downloading...

You really got me with that "believe in an angel" line, but I’m hoping someone will actually join me in trashing this absolute garbage.

SO, IT WORKS FOR CONGESTION—JUST TAKE IT IN SMALL DOSES THROUGHOUT THE DAY IF YOU WANT THE EXPERIENCE TO BE AS PAINFUL AS POSSIBLE... DIARRHEA IS A TOTAL GUARANTEE....🙈

Don't go blaming me if you aren't actually reading the comments—I already ditched that 2012 Roland Emmerich version, the real deal...

That’s exactly what I just realized myself. 🙂

Thank goodness I realized it wasn't what I thought I was playing and deleted it immediately! I didn't even bother trying to watch it properly. It was a huge stroke of luck, because if I had, I would have ended up facing exactly what was described above!

Finally watched the movie because you guys wouldn't shut up about it with all your critiques. Honestly, I expected it to be way worse than it actually was. Huge props to whoever came up with that whole Christian angle 🤣🤣🤣

There isn't any other place on Earth where you'll find such a fool 🙏🙏🙏

Man, that movie was so good I can't even remember a single scene after a few months... let alone tell you which one was my favorite.

rowdyotter25 said:But you actually watched the whole thing, right? 😁 I mean, I realized within the first 15 minutes that this was straight-up garbage, but I just couldn't look away—it was like I had to see if it could actually get any worse, and honestly, it kind of does. Every single minute feels more pathetic than the last, and the ending is just out of this world bad. 😁

Oh, I definitely finished it, but mostly just because I was waiting for some kind of payoff that never actually showed up. 🙂

You won't find such a fool anywhere else in the world 🙏🙏🙏

Merging the Maya calendar with the Golden Ratio is just a stroke of genius. Whoever cooked that up probably deserves 🙂 and honestly, even 🙂

A lot of people make the mistake of checking out this version from 2012 when they should really be watching the 2008 Marshal release instead—it’s honestly much better. It totally gives off those Mad Max vibes.
