Best hand and shoulder massagers? Recommendations wanted!

Has anyone here actually tried using home massage devices?
I'm trying to figure out where to pick one up and which model is worth the money.
It would be perfect if it featured magnetic therapy, but I haven't been able to find anything decent online...

Right now, this seems to be my best bet: though I'm not exactly thrilled about it.
