So, I caught this flick last night and honestly? It actually kept me entertained. Look, let’s be real here—it’s a decent enough slasher, but don't go expecting some cinematic masterpiece or anything crazy high-brow, because it definitely sits a bit below average if you're looking for deep plot. But hey, was it fun? Absolutely. And can we talk about how the cast is incredibly hot? Seriously, total eye candy. My final verdict: a solid 4/10.

I’m the exact same way with certain movies—like, they might be absolute trash if you look at them objectively, maybe even a 3/10 on a scale, but I still hold them so close to my heart? That’s exactly my point, though. I just really dig the movie. I’m not out here expecting every slasher to be some cinematic masterpiece, and this one certainly isn't, but like I said, it’s definitely on my list of favorite slashers. Plus, I've rewatched it a bunch of times, which is a huge bonus for me—it's just a fun ride, man, honestly. 😁And honestly, arguing over those "top" lists is kind of pointless because everyone has their own thing going on and builds their own rankings how they want.

If that's the case, then you haven't actually seen that many slashers, because isn't it a little funny to have this one in your top 5 when you consider classics like Psycho, Black Christmas, the original Halloween, The Burning, or A Nightmare on Elm Street? Those are absolute masterpieces, not to mention all the other great slashers out there. They aren't all bad, you know?

Well, seeing as you're a fan of that dreadful Supernatural, I suppose it makes sense that you gravitate toward the lighter versions of horror.

Trust me, I've seen them. I know what I'm talking about. Especially Nightmare, which is easily one of my favorite franchises ever. Call it funny if you want, but I love the movie and it's a blast, so what? I agree those classics you mentioned are great, but I was talking about my personal favorites—not based on "quality" or whatever criteria, just stuff I personally vibe with.

And as for that Supernatural comment... I'm not even gonna get into an argument about it. All I'll say is you can't judge what kind of horror I like, or how much I've actually watched, just because I said a movie is a movie I happen to love despite being repetitive.
