Bump on my labia: what could it be?

Help me, I am losing my mind!
I had my period over the weekend and started using Nature Valley pads. Two days ago, I felt some pain near my labia, but there wasn't anything visible, so I just ignored it. Well, when I checked myself today, I found a lump on the inner side of my right labia. What on earth could this be?

It sounds pretty ridiculous, but honestly, you’ll probably just end up with a pimple at the end of it all. 🙂

So, I ended up with this little bump on my labia after things got a bit too intense during sex one night. I went to see my OB-GYN, she gave me some Medtronic vaginal suppositories, and
it cleared right up.
