I’ve been scouring the internet for an answer to this, but I can't find anything helpful anywhere, so I’m bringing my question here to the community.

The thing is, my breasts have never really had a "normal" shape.😳
Sometimes my nipples just retract completely, making everything look saggy and deflated,🤣 while other times, they actually look pretty great.😁

Is this happening because they lack firmness? I mean, I hit the gym every single day. For the last few months, I’ve been consistently doing chest exercises to build up strength, but I’m definitely not overdoing it...🤷

I need some insight here. Help me out.😳

I’m not sure I follow—what exactly were you trying to say or ask?

How old are you?

The shape and volume of one's breasts are ultimately dictated by the shifting hormonal tides within a woman's body. In my own experience, I notice every single fluctuation—from the peak of ovulation through the onset of PMS and into my period; they feel entirely different once my cycle finally concludes.

Is there actually any way to change breast shape without going under the knife?

Hmm... this might come across as a bit silly, though I suppose it’s just my experience. When I first started developing back in middle school, my breasts seemed to grow in a rather pointed, conical way, which, I have to admit, left me feeling quite self-conscious 😢 since all my girlfriends seemed to have such perfectly shaped figures while mine felt more pear-shaped 😂 🤣
As they continued to develop over the years, I relied heavily on bras with significant support—basically making sure they were always lifted and held in place, except when I was relaxing at home without a bra. Looking back about ten years later, I can honestly say I am more than happy with how things turned out; they eventually settled into a lovely, rounded shape that I feel confident in 😍 😍
I suspect birth control might have played a role too, as I've been on it for nearly eight years now (with those little breaks every year or two). So, I wouldn't say they changed entirely on their own, but perhaps they simply grew to fit the shape provided by the supportive bras I wore 😍

I truly believe that targeted chest exercises can help with firmness and, by extension, provide a bit of a natural lift. You might want to look up some pectoral workouts online; I suspect they could really make a difference. To be honest, I've never personally tried them since I wouldn't exactly call myself a fitness enthusiast, but I suppose there's certainly no harm in giving it a shot. 👍

Doesn't breast size depend on genetics?
Honestly, I don't really have much 😬
It’s not like it bothers me though. I’ve been training almost my entire life, so what would I even do with huge breasts anyway?
But sometimes, like when I lie down, they're so small I can actually feel my ribs through the tissue. Chills.
I don't know. As long as they're healthy, I'm happy. 😍

To be perfectly honest... I really haven't the slightest clue.😬 While it might be true, it doesn't necessarily follow that if your mother was well-endowed, you will be too; one might just end up inheriting the genes of some distant, unfortunate aunt who was as flat as a board.🙄

Any advice?😳

Look, breasts are mostly fatty tissue. They don't have muscles inside them, so you can't really "firm them up" through exercise. If you want to prevent sagging, just wear a high-quality sports bra and call it a day.

As for any physical changes—that’s totally normal. Nipples change all the time; sometimes they're sensitive or erect, sometimes they aren't. Honestly, I don't see what the big deal is.🤷

That is simply incorrect. Breasts aren't composed solely of fat, otherwise, only overweight people would have large breasts... which we know isn't the case...😛
The pectoral muscle sits right beneath the breast tissue... if you develop that muscle, the breasts will firm up, lift, and look significantly better...😳

I've been digging through the threads looking for some answers, but honestly, I haven't found anything that actually helps. So, here I am, just asking... I have larger breasts—which, let's be real, I'd probably prefer to be smaller, maybe a 24D or something—but the weird thing is my nipples don't really react unless it gets freezing cold. And even then, it’s totally inconsistent. One nipple will firm up and look "normal," while the other one just kind of retracts and stays tucked in 😠. I never used to give it a second thought because it wasn't a big deal, but lately, it's starting to get on my nerves 😕🤷😕

Nipples reacting to things like the temperature or getting turned on...
I don't really get why that's a problem for you,
but honestly, the shape changes depending on where you are in your cycle, just like it does for any woman.
