When is this server downtime finally going to be fixed?

I’ve got a question for the powers that be—meaning the owner of this site or whoever actually has the authority to give us an official word on things. This is honestly the second time in what feels like a heartbeat that this entire forum

Let me get straight to the point here: when is this mess actually going to be fully sorted out? If the only way to fix this disaster is to go out and buy a brand-new server... then when exactly is that new hardware being ordered? ☕

On the other hand, if this isn't some massive capacity issue with the servers, but rather just a bunch of specific software bugs causing these outages... how much longer are we supposed to wait before they finally get patched?

It’s a tough pill to swallow—the financial situation is pretty grim right now, mainly because their marketing efforts are being completely undermined by those association links cluttering up everyone's email signatures.
