So, basically... one of the mods decided I’m being a nuisance, so now I’m not allowed to have my Tom and Jerry AI bit in my signature—you know, just a YouTube link.

Can any of the mods let me know what you actually want me to put in my signature instead? 😍

Did it ever cross your mind to actually read the rules and figure out how to properly format links in your signature, or am I just going to have to sit here and delete them myself?

Can any of you mods tell me what you actually want seeing in my signature instead? 😍

Look, instead of using a link (like the one you had), just write out "Tom and Jerry." If someone wants to see the cartoon, they'll click it and find it themselves. Problem solved, everyone stays happy.

And hey, if by some miracle you don't actually know how to turn words into links instead of ending up with THIS, I'm more than happy to walk you through it so you can get a decent signature: Tom and Jerry

Don't you dare talk to me like that! Don't you dare talk to anyone like that!

And if you somehow haven't figured out how to hyper-link text instead of just pasting a messy LINK LIKE THIS, I’d be more than happy to walk you through it. You'll end up with a much cleaner signature: Tom and Jerry

My signature isn't just about "Tom and Jerry." There's actually a deeper meaning behind it 😍 😛

No, it didn't cross my mind! I didn't bother reading them because that’s just not how people act. You send someone a polite DM and suggest a fix. You don't just aggressively wipe out their signature and replace it with something else! That should be pretty obvious to you!

I’ll speak however I damn well please, as long as I'm not breaking any forum rules—which I'm not.

Fix your signature or it's getting deleted again.

And just so we're clear, neither I nor anyone else here is going to be sending you a private message to explain something that is already laid out perfectly in the rules provided in your own signature link.

And honestly, neither I nor anyone else here has the patience to deal with private messages asking about stuff that's clearly laid out in the rules linked right in your signature.

hahahaha, yeah right, you can talk to the mods however you please, hahaha

Fine, maybe you aren't breaking the rules, but who cares about the site? The point is you're clearly pissed off, and frankly, I don't care.

As for the signature, I'll fix it once someone actually gives me a decent explanation of why it can't stay this way. You get me? Until then, feel free to keep deleting it if you want. 🤷

It can't stay like this because it’s a direct violation of the rules. Period.

Report it twice, and once those points stack up, you'll be looking at a three-day ban. So, you tell me if that sounds like a winning move to you...

There’s your "logical explanation" right there. If you aren't capable of reading that and actually grasping the point, then honestly, you shouldn't even be bothering with an online forum in the first place. ☕

Anonymous said:my signature isn't just some "Tom and Jerry" nonsense. It actually means something deeper😍 😛

Look, just chill out for a second. I honestly don't see any difference between your signature and that link you posted; it's all the same thing, basically. It's one and the same!

When you click my T and J part... it just pulls up that same video clip again.

And if everyone else on this board has to follow the rules, you can't just go making yourself an exception.😉

If you click on my section of the T and J... you’ll just get that same video insert again.

Look, if everyone on this forum is required to follow the rules, you can't exactly be the one exception.😉

Yeah, honestly, all I see are just basic links.

But then you’re just sitting there being the only one, what should I call it, "special."
A real special case.

And I honestly don't get it. Is it just pure stubbornness? Are you trying to pick fights with the mods? Or is it just this desperate need to stand out? To be "unique"?

Look, if everyone else can manage to make their damn signature follow the rules, honey, I think you'll find you have to do the same. If you actually want to keep it.

I was just trying to help you out, I really don't want to go back and forth on this...☕

Whatever. Enjoy your cartoons. 😉

rapidrider3 said:But then you’re just the one person being, how should I put this, "special."
A special kind of patient.

And I don't get what your issue is. Is it being stubborn? Trying to push the rules? Or just needing to stand out as the one and only "special" person?

Look, if everyone else can make their damn signature follow the guidelines, honey, I think you'll have to do the same—if you even want to keep it.

I was just trying to help, I don't want to go back and forth about this...☕

Cheers to you and your little cartoon. 😉

Listen, you dimwit, it’s not about me being stubborn or trying to be a rebel. They basically challenged themselves by making things this way! And yeah, maybe I am unique, and I stand out so much that sometimes I have to tone it down just so losers like you don't get insecure! I'll change the signature, fine, I'm not an idiot! BUT, how was I supposed to know WHAT part of the signature was the problem? I'm just not wired to sit there and assume a simple link would cause an issue. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG. Okay, now I know. Thanks. You didn't have to be so insulting about it!! Shame on you! Try learning some basic manners and growing up a bit... 🙄

Okay, I finally see what happened. I actually went back and read the damn signature formatting rules. But honestly, the way the admin handled me was so condescending and obnoxious that I didn't even give it a second thought at the time. There’s this bit of wisdom that says, "you cannot get a flow without agreement." Basically, if you want someone to do something for you, they have to be on board first. If you approach them like they're just some mindless tool, they're probably just going to shut you down or ignore you entirely!

Anonymous said:Look, dummy, the worst part about my stubbornness isn't even the way I challenge modes. They’re basically self-inflicted at this point—like, they just CHOOSE to be challenged! I’m a special kind of intense, and honestly, I have to tone myself down sometimes just so wretches like you don't get an inferiority complex! Fine, I’ll change my signature, no big deal, I’m not an idiot. BUT, how was I supposed to know WHAT was bothering anyone in the first place? You see, I’m just such a clueless person that it didn't occur to me that a LINK could be an issue. I DIDN'T REALIZE SOMETHING WAS WRONG. OK, now I know, thanks, really—you didn't have to be so insulting!! Shame on you! Maybe try learning some basic manners, grow up a bit... 🙄

Thanks so much for those lovely words. Honestly, I have no idea what I did to deserve them; I just wanted to help. Even if you aren't exactly new here, I guess I've reached a point where nothing surprises me anymore.

Thanks again, and sending you a warm, friendly hello from civilized Iowa. I'm half-Iowa, by the way, New Yorker. 😛 😉
