Need some help, please!

If anyone can help me make sense of this, I’d seriously appreciate it—thanks a million in advance.
My sinus scan results came back looking like this:

The imaging shows significant polypoid thickening of the mucosal lining in the alveolar recess of the right maxillary sinus. Also, the nasal mucosa appears edematous.

I wasn't totally sure which sub here was the best spot for this question, so I figured I'd just throw it out here.
