Lumps on my hands and feet

My right leg has been bothering me for a few days now. I was massaging it earlier today and actually felt something—just above the knee, heading toward the hip, right in the middle of the thigh—this lump deep inside the leg that’s pretty painful when you press on it. I checked my left leg too, and there are two or three similar lumps in the muscle above the knee. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed the exact same thing on one of my arms for a couple of days already... Honestly, I’m absolutely terrified. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
