Asking because I just knocked out a 43-minute run today! My legs feel pretty good, but my upper body is definitely feeling it
I was wearing light sweats, and with the sun beating down, I got totally dehydrated! If anyone knows anything, please let me know
How much should I actually be running in one session? Is 43 minutes pushing it too far
since I'm only training about a muscle and a half?
Like, how high can I go when it comes to total minutes? Just to be clear, I was cruising—not
really pushing the pace or anything!
P.S. I absolutely love running. Honestly, just four months ago, I was a smoker and couldn't even last 10 minutes
on a run to save my life! And now... 🙂
