Everyone showed up looking like zombies, but they all headed home in high spirits, I guess.😉
The local draft beer was pretty solid too—no headache at all, even after having five.
A few regulars stopped by, plus a couple of the hot rod crowd.

Next time, we're looking at May 6th (another Wednesday, I think), and we're thinking about booking a Cash tribute band. They're already famous for being... well, pretty excessive with the Cash. Maybe AJhman could play once too, right?

then there’s the whole ear-ringing session from all that Cash until about 1 🙂

It was honestly such a blast, which makes me think the next one might be even better!

So, I guess it’s about a year late, but we finally have a promo coming for the debut album from this awesome psychobilly band over in Italy. They actually got things moving back in 2004 under the name Screaming Vibrators, but after a bunch of lineup shifts, they settled into their current version, The Snakes, back in 2006. They’ve always been tight with the Meteors—we actually caught them playing a show together a few years back at a venue in Chicago. Late last year, they dropped their first big track, Mondo Serp, on Maddog Records.

Tickets are $8.25 if you grab them early (available at KSET and Dirty Old Shop), but it'll be $12 at the door.
Doors open at 8:00 PM, and the music starts around 9:30 PM.

Haha, no way! The DJs stick strictly to the cats—they know better than to mess with the vibe at an OTMAPP gig!!!
And trust me, they are super careful about not playing anything too mainstream or cheesy...
