Foot-Aid!!!

sorry if this has come up before but I’ve got a bit of an issue...

back when I was in school, I stepped on a little pebble that got stuck in my sneaker and wedged itself right into my heel....obviously I pulled it out...but now there's just this hole left in my foot....it's been 6 months since it happened....the hole is about 6mm wide....any ideas on how to fix this so it actually heals over? thanks...I'm lowkey terrified of doctors...🙄

Look, six months isn't exactly a lifetime. Give it a few years and they'll almost certainly be heading out!

You really need to go see a doctor about this. Honestly, the way you're describing it is pretty concerning to me.
