Hey everyone, after sitting on this for a while, I finally decided to reach out and ask about this "ailment" I've been struggling with for nearly a year now.

I've been playing handball for about six years, and honestly, it’s starting to make me worry about my career—and even just hitting the gym—because whenever I do any heavy lifting, within a week I start feeling this pain in my right arm and shoulder. My arm starts feeling "heavy," and there's this constant burning sensation in the muscles. I went to physical therapy for it, but they mostly just gave me back exercises, which didn't really help much. So, I was wondering if there are any specific exercises for this syndrome—maybe something to help release the nerve that's pressing against the muscle, or anything else to help get rid of this nagging pain.

Thanks a lot, hope you guys are doing well!

Who actually gave you that diagnosis? Have you been back for a follow-up checkup yet?

I was over at Milton's office in NYC, and he wrote up this diagnosis. It mentioned something about aperture thoracic superior... or something like that, I guess.
