I just finished scrubbing my PC of some nasty viruses, but now I’m stuck in a loop. Every time I try to launch Mozilla Firefox, I get this annoying error message saying my profile is missing or can't be loaded. It’s like the browser is looking for a ghost. Meanwhile, Internet Explorer is running perfectly fine without a single hiccup. I already tried the "nuclear option"—uninstalled Mozilla Firefox entirely, downloaded a fresh installer, and reinstalled it from scratch—but nope, the exact same error pops up the second I click the icon. I tested out Google Chrome, and sure, it works fine, but I’ve spent years customizing my setup and I much prefer using Mozilla Firefox. It’s just my workflow. Can anyone please help me fix this?
