For the last month and a half, I've been dealing with constant dizziness, back pain, and this weird tingling in my left arm. I finally saw a doctor yesterday, and they prescribed some pills to help with circulation along with Antilles for calming down. Honestly, I feel pretty terrible—I can't move around much because of the vertigo. I can sit for a little bit, I guess, but lying down is really the only way I feel okay.

Now I have to get a full spinal scan and run some more tests on my vestibular system.

Has anyone else dealt with anything like this? How did you manage?.. I’m starting to get a little freaked out that it might be a stroke or even a tumor...

My head and arms just feel so heavy—kind of like when you have the flu—and I keep thinking I won't be able to move them, even though I actually can move them just fine. When I take the Antilles, the symptoms seem to settle down a bit... last night, I also had a hard time focusing my vision—just a tiny bit—like my eyes were "heavy" or something.

Someone please help... 😢😢

Thanks

Ugh... honestly, I've been dealing with these constant dizzy spells and headaches for over five years now... all my tests come back fine... except for my neck...

My advice? Go see a physical therapist, but get an MRI first... even though my old X-rays didn't show much of anything...

It’s just this endless, vicious cycle... I really hope you feel better soon...

p.s. trust me, it's nothing (I saw you mentioning you're worried about something serious like a tumor or whatever)

It’s probably an issue with your cervical spine. I’d suggest getting an X-ray and, if you can, a color Doppler ultrasound of the vertebral arteries just to be safe. After that, physical therapy should really help...

Thanks for all the advice, everyone. I just finished getting my X-ray done, so we’ll see what the doctors say next. I'm pretty sure physical therapy is going to be on the agenda...

Best,
