How to get rid of small facial bumps?

I've been dealing with this little growth on my face for a while now, right between my mole and my nipple. Since it’s sitting on my face, it’s honestly driving me crazy. I really want to get it removed if there's any way to do it. Does anyone know where the best place would be in Chicago to go for something like this?

Man, I actually have one of those on my chin too, and it’s honestly such an annoyance.
I guess I wouldn't really know who to go to either, though maybe someone in NYC would be better.
