So, I haven't touched a handball court in about two years, even though I grew up playing the sport constantly. Now I’m itching to get back into it, but my cardio is absolutely non-existent. It's embarrassing, really. I was wondering if anyone here has tried using ephedrine for maybe four weeks while hitting the pavement for a run every single day? Do you think that would actually help me build enough stamina to survive at least one full half of a game without collapsing? If anyone has gone down this road before, please let me know... I could really use some insight here.

Honestly, stay far away from ephedrine—it's just not worth the risk. Your legs will tell you exactly how much stamina you have left, and let me alone, you can't just snap your fingers and expect your conditioning to return overnight. It’s more like training for a marathon in Boston; it takes patience and a real plan. You need to mix in some intense HIIT sessions with steady, easy jogging—think of it like balancing a high-performance engine with a smooth cruise control. If you stick to that rhythm, I promise you'll have your fitness back within three months. It’s a proven process, really.

Look, I have a pretty good idea of what it takes and how to get my conditioning back, but I’m wondering if I can actually pull this off in just one month. I'm planning on hitting some HIIT—think heavy sprints mixed with light jogging, maybe running about 7-5.0 miles miles a day—and bumping up my calories while using ephedrine to force my body back into shape. I know the deal with ephedrine inside and out, but honestly, I'm feeling desperate right now because I am on such a tight deadline to get back in fighting shape...

First off, just so we’re on the same page—ephedrine is actually used for shedding those extra pounds, if you weren't already aware—and incorporating HIIT once a week definitely provides a helpful boost
as for the rest of your points, I'd say they're pretty much spot on

You definitely need ephedrine—and if you’re looking to see those results move even faster, go for a double dose. 👍

velvetraven, don't be ridiculous—stay away from ephedrine. It’s just not good for your heart

Honestly, I get the feeling most of you don't have a clue what ephedrine actually is, what it pairs with, or how it even works. If you haven't personally messed with it and don't have anything intelligent to contribute based on actual experience, then just keep your mouths shut. I’m not looking for armchair experts. All I want to know is if anyone here has actually tried using it to bounce back and regain their cardio conditioning... and if it actually worked for you.

I’m positive you don’t even have a clue what an average dose looks like... 🙂

24mg 😉 Look, I likely know more about this than you do—and frankly, I’d go as far as calling you an idiot for even entertaining the thought.

Anyone even considering using ephedrine clearly hasn't done their homework, otherwise, it wouldn't even cross their mind...

The fact that everyone treats them like candy is a whole different story....

Ephedrine is banned, plain and simple. End of discussion.
