How to get rid of a boil by the weekend?

So, I went a little too hard with the razor and now there’s this annoying pimple right above my lip. Almost on the lip itself. I’ve got plans for my mouth this weekend, so I really need to get rid of this thing before then.

It’s super red and hasn't reached that "white head" stage yet where you can actually squeeze it. Even if it did, I feel like popping it would just turn into a total disaster.

HELP ME OUT HERE! WHAT DO I DO?!

Just buy something already... grab one of those quick-fix kits xD I haven't needed one myself, but lately, I feel like I'm constantly dealing with total idiots... so, how do you even deal with them? xD
