Tennis courts

Hey everyone!
I was wondering if anyone knows where to find some decent fields at a reasonable price now that balloon season has finally kicked off?

I'm curious about this too. Does anyone have any insight?

It’s available at Saint Louis, $27. At least, that was the price last season. I suppose we should consider whether they've raised their rates now, given how much everything else seems to be going up lately. As for anything else... I guess prices are climbing everywhere beyond just that.

Honestly, that’s a pretty silly question. If you want to play tennis, just go play. Who cares if it costs a few extra bucks in gas to get there and back? $1.75 Besides, if you go on a weekday, the courts are practically half the price compared to the weekend.

It’s not a stupid question... the price matters to me, plain and simple...
besides, you didn't really have to answer...

How much effort does it actually take to just call, say, Concordia at 3883 733, and ask?

I might be able to offer some insight since I spent years training there.

Western Union (Manhattan) - The courts here are decent; I'm not sure if they have an indoor dome active right now, though. They maintain them well and haven't been pricey in the past. Though, 🤷 given how things are now... you should probably call and check.

New York Yankees - I've never been a fan of that spot, and you really have to book the courts way in advance.

Chicago - I'm not quite sure what you meant by "Chicago"...
The Fairgrounds is great—Pavilion 6—it's warm, has carpeted flooring, and is clean, though it is expensive 😍. Then there's the 36th Street location—it's cold, the flooring is subpar, and I never enjoyed being there. I also think the 18th Street spot isn't too bad, it's just a bit cramped... but it's warm 👍. Just give them a call to ask about prices, and if you don't mind, post them here for us.

It’s true, the city doesn't seem to care about the fields at all; I mean, they can't even manage to swap out a lightbulb in the floodlights. Field 2 actually looked better than 1 and 3, mostly because we rented eight slots and tried to fix things ourselves by watering it down and leveling it a few times. But, well, you get what you pay for, I guess. Unit 7 is charging hourly rates under the dome at Old Saint Louis $60 (including tax) and, predictably, everything has already been snapped up by corporate clients.

Western Union - ...total liars... I'm definitely done trying to deal with them...
I made my reservation... everything was set... only for them to claim I hadn't actually booked the fields... yeah, right... I know I did...😵 and the guy working there....🙂 (what is his problem?? )... so... well, if you're into that kind of thing....

Maximus - pretty much what you'd expect, solid...$10 before lunch...happy with it!
Smalltown, USA - really great...nice vibe (pure nature), service was on point...price was fine $13 before lunch...
