After that last show in Chicago almost sold out, Neno Belan and Accenture are heading back to the same venue, bringing some special guests along for the ride. They’re looking to record a live album, which means this will likely be the big final Chicago gig supporting the "Rijeka Dream" record. Last time they played, they went for nearly three hours straight—who knows if they'll pull an all-nighter this time...
Joining them on stage are Marijan Ban, Massimo, and Vlado Kreslin.

God, life is just... I guess the worst thing ever isn't actually having zero choices—it's being stuck with too many options.

Good morning. Where on earth have you all been hiding for the last three months? 😢

I’ve made up my mind: I am absolutely going to see Mogwai. I’ve already messed up twice, and I have no intention of letting that happen again. Neno is going to have to make it up to me big time for a blunder like this, and I’m honestly considering sending a very stern email to Accenture.

I haven't decided yet. I'm not going to Mogwai unless someone joins me for Neno Belan 🤷

Honestly, even the most chill organizers wouldn't think putting Mogwai and Neno Belan on the same bill is a massive clash, but apparently, they do.
The scheduling was a nightmare because the venue is always packed—finding an open slot is basically impossible.

For those of you actually planning to show up, here’s the lowdown:
They’re filming a live album, which should drop this spring as some kind of career retrospective. Neno is going to play his entire catalog, starting all the way from Devil Comes Here.
Last time, the set dragged on well past two and a half hours, so expect it to be even longer this time.
Special guests include Massimo, Marijan Ban, and Vlado Kreslin.
The show should kick off around 9 PM, though who knows when it'll actually wrap up.
Given how fast tickets are moving, we might see a sellout. Even the last gig was right on the edge of being completely gone.

The last one was already almost sold out, too.

I think you're exaggerating a bit. You could have stumbled from one side to the other while drunk and been just fine. It would have been good, but there's still plenty of room left if you love it that much.

Are we heading from halfway through Neno Belan's towards the park?

I was actually thinking about doing things the other way around, heading over to Wrigley Field 😬 and then maybe hitting up some spots like the Bean, Millennium Park, and the waterfront 🙂

But first, I really need to check when The Sun Smells Too Loud is playing 🙈
If they don't end up performing, then whatever, who cares? 🙂 <-- the guy mentioned just above

I'd rather take my chances with half of Neno Belan's luck on a bad day than deal with Mogwai.
Otherwise, you might end up missing out on the big wins entirely.

I suppose if we’re looking for the ideal combination, it would probably be Twilight US paired with Neno Belan. 😉

The perfect scenario would be if a Twilight US tour van accidentally wandered into a town like Indianapolis, and they just decided to throw a concert on a whim. Then, ten minutes into the set, everyone ends up jumping into the local river together! Suddenly, there’s a bomb threat reported at a nearby factory, so everyone gets evacuated over to a spot like a massive water park, and then maybe we spend three hours listening to Mogwai followed by three hours of a Neno Belan marathon of pure joy. 🙂

It’s not really my place to celebrate someone else's misfortune, but what happened to 🤷
