1. Please, we kindly ask that BEFORE STARTING A NEW THREAD, you check the subforum index to see if your question has already been asked. If a thread already exists, yours will be merged into the current one, and you’ll likely receive a warning card for breaking subforum rules. There's really no benefit to opening a brand new thread just to ask something that's already been covered.

a) Answers to all questions regarding weight loss can be found in the threads How to lose belly fat and Weight Loss Basics - Only Good Posts. Also, if you don't have the patience to read everything and still want to ask something, please just post it within those existing threads instead of starting a new topic. There are regulars who visit those threads constantly and have plenty of expertise, so you can be sure someone will get back to you sooner or later.

b) The same applies to questions about gaining weight, specifically building muscle mass (I doubt anyone is looking to put on fat 😁). Check out the thread How to gain muscle mass.

2. Additionally, we ask those into recreation to follow all standard US forum rules regarding thread naming, capitalization, chat, off-topic posts, and more. The moderators work hard to maintain order in this subforum—let's not make their jobs harder than they need to be...😉

3. Don't open new threads without checking if similar ones are already active 😁 -> http://i35.tinypic.com/2uiepeb.jpg

GENERAL RULES:

1.
Any mention of using substances banned by RH will be deleted—repeat offenders will face penalties, and anyone trying to sell or broker these substances will be temporarily or permanently kicked off the forum.

2. The Recreation subforum focuses on healthy living. It’s pretty obvious, but since people love to complicate things, let me make it clear:
a) Just because some people think dropping 45 pounds in a month is "healthy" doesn't mean we do. We won't tolerate that here. That kind of extreme regimen is only for people with a BMI over 50 who have zero other options. Even then, if you fall into that category, you'll find better advice and guidance in the Health PDF rather than here.
b) A healthy lifestyle doesn't mean just grinding in the gym. Then again, it also doesn't include mental issues like compulsive exercising, anorexia, bulimia, or orthorexia. Those are disorders that need actual medical help, and someone with a balanced, sane approach to nutrition and exercise shouldn't be suffering through them. The goal here is balance—whether you're into fitness, bodybuilding, hiking, swimming, or just walking your dog around the neighborhood. Extremes of any kind will be sanctioned, and if you're lucky, moved over to Health or Psychology.

USER PICTURES + COMMENTS ON PICTURES

1. On the "User Pictures" thread, you are only allowed to post photos accompanied by a brief description.
2. While I know plenty of you will be dying to share every single thought you have about a photo right there on the "Pictures" thread, my advice is to take it to the sister thread: "Comments on User Pictures."
3. Commenting directly on the pictures thread will result in your post being deleted, or occasionally, losing points. This exists so the photos don't get lost in a sea of endless text.
4. Commenting is still limited. Keep it civil or keep the banter lighthearted regarding the photos. If the conversation drifts toward Luka Bebić's salary or the latest episodes of Farm, it’s getting moved to the Chat and dealt with accordingly. Every PDF has its own dedicated chat thread, and so do we. 🙂

Since we keep running into the same messy issues when it comes to handing out sanctions to certain users, we’re switching things up—from here on out, points will be docked based on these rules:

- off-topic posts that lean toward insulting individuals or groups will cost you 100 points—and look, it’s not just about the specific insult used, it’s about the tone and that overall malicious "vibe" coming off the post. In most cases, it's crystal clear to everyone else on the forum, while the authors themselves just act like they don't get it 😁

Rules for Forum User Images

If you’re reaching out asking us to delete your photos because you've suddenly decided—for whatever reason—that they actually *do* compromise your privacy, we won't be entertaining those "personal reasons" requests.
Honestly, if we didn't have these rules, this entire thread would be completely empty. 😢

Just a reminder: when it comes to uploading photos here, just like everything else you post, the responsibility lies entirely with you. Once you hit that upload button, there's no turning back or playing the regret card later. 😁
