Broken phone company hospital issues

I’ve been trying to schedule a hip exam for about 3 or 4 months now, but I can't get anyone on the line to actually book an appointment. It's like nobody even wants to pick up the phone 🙏—it just stays busy constantly, almost like they're avoiding me on purpose 🤷. To make matters worse, the doctor I was supposed to see is retiring at the end of the year.
Anyone else dealing with this kind of nightmare? Thanks.
ps..I'm not even from New York City.

It’s pretty obvious you aren’t from New York City. Honestly, you can’t get anything scheduled over the phone anywhere these days. You’re probably going to have to drive up there and book it in person.
