What could this be?

They look to be about 3 or 4 millimeters in size.
I'm honestly leaning toward http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molluscum_contagiosum.

Doesn't look like molluscum (what you're worried about) to me—looks more like some kind of hemangioma.

Is this in your groin area? When did it pop up? How old are you?

If it were actually molluscum, you'd be seeing a cluster of them—plus, they usually have this little dimple in the center that expresses a white, cheesy substance when squeezed.
