I wanted to ask a quick question—it's been four days since I've actually eaten anything (literally nothing) because these mouth ulcers are just too painful to deal with. That said, I feel like I'm functioning perfectly fine and I don't really feel like I'm missing out on food, so is that normal? Or should I be expecting some kind of fallout soon, like extreme fatigue or something? (Though, to be fair, I haven't been pushing myself much since I've just been hanging out at home)
thanks. (It’s not that I’m panicking about whether this is normal, I’m just curious 😉)

Is that actually normal, or should I be waiting for the crash? Like, extreme fatigue or whatever? (Then again, I'm barely doing anything since I'm just rotting at home)
thanks. (Not even worried if it's "normal," just being nosy 😉)

You’ll be fine. Just make sure you're staying hydrated. And get some sunlight for that Vitamin D fix.
Besides, therapeutic fasting actually speeds up the healing process. I dealt with a ton of mouth sores back in the day, and they cleared up in about a week.
In holistic medicine, those ulcers are basically seen as your body's way of detoxing itself.
