I’ve been meaning to get my hormone levels checked forever, but life just keeps getting in the way.
The textbook says you should hit the lab on day three of your cycle—maybe four or five if you're lucky—but that's not happening this month. I could wait until next month, but let's be real, I probably won't be able to make it then either.
My only window is day two. Is there actually any point in doing it that early, or am I just wasting my time? Should I just bite the bullet now or wait another couple of months?😢
