So, here’s the deal: I’ve got this weird situation going on with my glutes. I have these deep indentations on both sides—left and right—that look like actual pits. It looks pretty rough. If you aren't following what I'm talking about, I'll post a photo and mark it with 😠... Anyway, if anyone actually knows what this is, how do I fix it?

Marked it right here, but they're more like deep dips than actual holes...

I think I see what you're getting at, because I know a woman who has something similar, though it's not exactly clear from this photo. But honestly, I'm not sure how you'd even go about getting rid of that.

This girl in the photo definitely has the right assets. I was just trying to point out where my own should be 😉...but honestly, what I actually have is a total disaster 😠

Why don't you just post a photo of yours? I mean, it's not like people are going to walk down the street in Chicago and recognize you just by looking at that, though you could always black everything out except for the actual spots if you're feeling shy...

To be honest, we probably won't even be able to help much. Most of the comments are going to end up being "wow, your body looks great," mostly because you're almost certainly being way too hard on yourself. Nobody is perfect, and you really shouldn't feel like you have to be—nor should you expect anyone else to be, for that matter.

Sorry, but I'm not posting my photo... feels a little inappropriate for a forum like this🙄...And don't call me overly critical, because I'm being dead serious here. It’s actually noticeable... even when I just throw on some jeans😢

Alright... I think I follow what you're getting at, though I highly doubt my being "curvy" is the magic fix here. If you really want to change things up, hit the gym and stick to the basics—heavy squats, lunges, and those specific glute machines. It might help build some definition, but it’s work.

Also, don't go thinking guys are just hyper-focused on that one area. Sure, maybe some girls notice, but most guys are looking at the whole picture. If you want to shift the attention, ditch the tight jeans for something like a light, breezy sundress; you'll see how quickly their eyes wander from your hips up to your legs or even your midriff if you show a little skin.😁

That sounds like something I might actually enjoy. 😬

It’s definitely a smart move to step back once you’ve finished the heavy lifting. 😁

I think I know what you’re getting at because I’ve got something pretty similar going on—it’s not actually dimples, it’s just how my butt is shaped.
And honestly, you probably only notice it because of that specific angle you’re looking from when you're standing up.
So, you're saying it dips in on the sides but sticks out in the middle? (OMG, thanks for the anatomy lesson, 😵). Basically, you're saying it's shaped like a heart?😁

exactly... honestly, it’s just way too much 😳... and I don't know, maybe it's just the angle I'm looking at it from like you said, but who knows 🤷

Sophia Booth53 said:Exactly. Honestly, her skin looks pretty rough 😳... though I don't know, maybe it's just the lighting like you mentioned. I can't be sure. 🤷

And who knows, maybe if she gained a little weight, those imperfections would fill in?

That feels like trying to fix a leak in a dam by just throwing more mud at the cracks... it's a pretty messy way to handle a small issue.

Honestly, I’ve got the same issue with my curves, and it drives me absolutely nuts, but this is just how I’m built—it’s not changing anytime soon. Even back when I was skinny as a rail, those cellulite dimples were there, and even after finally gaining those "goal" pounds, the texture didn't budge. The worst part is that because of my shape, my waist always looks wider than it actually is. I know I can't really slim down my waistline much further since you can't lose weight from your bone structure, so I eventually just decided to stop obsessing over it. Now, I just focus on staying fit and making sure my midsection doesn't get too soft, and honestly? That’s enough for me.

Sophia Booth53 said:Look, I’m going to pass on posting my photo... it just feels a bit inappropriate for a forum like this.🙄Look, I’m not being hypercritical here, it’s just an objective fact that’s impossible to ignore—it's visible to everyone, and even when I throw on a pair of jeans, there's no hiding it. 😢

Then you’re basically on your own, because honestly, nobody is going to step up to help you at that point. I mean, look, what's even the big deal about snapping a photo of someone's ass? It's not like you're taking a picture of their face, which would actually give someone enough leverage to blackmail them later down the line. ☕ You can change your handle whenever you feel like it, kid. Good luck.

Look, let’s be real here, Casper said. It’s honestly better to just stay anonymous online than to deal with some creep pretending to be your trainer at the local gym. 😲

I actually have a pretty narrow waist.🤷

I find that look incredibly sexy 😍, honestly. I don't personally have that kind of build—my own curves aren't quite there—but I know plenty of thin girls who pull it off perfectly 😉.

If my memory serves me right, I’ve noticed a pattern where a lot of female athletes, specifically those focused on long-distance running, tend to have that exact physique: that specific curve followed by a flatter profile 🙂.

How does that even relate to thin girls?

Look, it would be pretty damn fine if you'd just watch where you're putting those hands when you're grabbing someone's ass. 😁

Hey Ethan Garcia8, you being lazy like that... do you seriously need a hand rest during sex too?

Oh my gosh, why does everything have to become such a huge issue? It never even crossed my mind that having those dimples could be seen as a bad thing... not because I’m trying to defend them—I have them too ( 😁 )—but just because it feels so incredibly normal to me! Honestly, I was actually feeling pretty happy when they started showing up again after I gained a few pounds...

Personally, I think they're great 😍

It’s not even because I have them too ( 😁 ), it's just how natural they feel to me. Honestly, I was actually pretty happy when they started showing up again after I gained a few pounds..

I think it's totally fine 😍
