Rehab facilities: private care vs. residential options?

I was wondering if anyone actually knows of a decent private rehab center somewhere in the Midwest?
I’ve been scouring the web and they seem to be everywhere, but honestly, I’m looking for someone who has actually been there—you know, firsthand experience rather than just reading some polished brochure.
The reason I'm hunting for private options is because the public facility over in some small town near Indianapolis is... well, let's just say "subpar" is being generous. It's a total disaster.
