Just thinking about those little citrus seeds and some juicy oranges, maybe paired with a bit of fresh cabbage 😁

This photo is trying to push a narrative that just doesn't hold water. Look, it’s simple math: one single pill provides enough nutrients to cover what you'd get from several oranges. 😁

The ultimate fat burner is actually lemon juice. Just have two lemons squeezed daily, plus the grated zest from them.

Look, let's get one thing straight: lemon juice isn't some magic acid that’s going to melt away body fat. Fat is basically just stored fuel, and you have to actually burn through that fuel with physical work. You can't just sit on the couch all day gorging on lemons and expect your waistline or hips to magically shrink. It doesn't work like that.

Maybe a lemon might do something about that heavy meal we just had, though I doubt it.
But it certainly won't melt the fat off your stomach or hips without some exercise.

People sure do love to drone on about lemons and what they can supposedly do for you.
There's this whole lemon diet thing out there if anyone actually wants to waste their time looking into it. πŸ‘
