I think I saw somewhere that this stuff actually exists, so I was wondering if anyone knows what it's called or where I can grab some? Honestly, I'm super skinny so I could really use the help, haha

You’ve actually wandered into the wrong corner of the forum—you probably want to head over to the Fitness & Wellness section instead.
If you're serious about packing on some serious muscle mass, it really just comes down to two things: eating a massive amount of calories and hitting the weights hard. Those protein bars? They’re fine, I guess, but they're just a supplement. You can absolutely make progress without them if your actual diet is dialed in.

I suppose one could certainly acquire that, though I feel like it might be wise to consider incorporating other elements either before or perhaps even during the process of using it...😛

Alright, look, I totally get that hitting up the gym is the move and all, but I honestly don't even have that option since there isn't one anywhere near my neck of the woods, so I was just wondering if you guys might know where I can pick up some easily accessible weight plates online

No way there isn't a gym in Kiowa? Seriously? Taking protein without working out is basically throwing money down the drain. It’s not even going to be half as effective as if you were actually lifting weights. Just try making something yourself out of concrete, old car parts, or whatever else you can dream up.

So, I’m finally getting serious about starting rowing, and since they have a full gym on-site, I’m planning to hit it every single day. I mean, how on earth are you supposed to know what it's like living in Kiowa???

Haha, how do I know where you live? It’s literally right there in your username, man. I actually spent a summer out in rural Montana once because my ex had a cabin out there.
