Could someone please offer some professional advice on how to tone my arms? I’ve been following a strict diet and sticking to a workout regimen, which has helped me drop a few pounds, but my arms remain completely unchanged—still thin, yet soft and flabby.
To provide some context, I am currently 174cm tall and weigh 68kg. While I carry a bit of excess weight in my midsection and hips, my primary frustration is definitely these flabby arms! :-(
My plan is to tighten up my nutrition even further and ramp up my exercise routine... but is there actually a specific way to slim down the arms first and then firm them up afterward?🤷
Thank you in advance! 😉

Look, let me be incredibly clear because I feel like I’m repeating myself for the thousandth time: there is absolutely no way to target fat loss to just one specific area of your body... you burn fat from your entire system through aerobic training more or less equally 🙂

So, you don't really have a choice here. You either need to get serious about your diet and commit to running for an hour five days a week... or, even better, hit the pavement for a brisk walk first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Weak arms? Honestly, if that's your problem, maybe it’s finally time you actually showed up at the local Gold's Gym and put in some work.

Facts. If you've got extra weight elsewhere, even better—it all melts off uniformly. Basically, once those arms lean out, your stomach flattens and your backside shrinks too.👍

haha, honestly I’m looking at this from the complete opposite angle—I’m trying to figure out how to actually bulk up my arms, specifically that stubborn area from the elbow up to the shoulder

Honestly, if I were you, I’d just grab two water bottles every night while you're watching TV and fill them with sand, or maybe just grab two 2-pound dumbbells and

1. Stand up and just do whatever arm exercises come to mind with those weights—front, back, up, down, side to side, partial reps, full reps—just do about 15 reps of everything, making sure to breathe properly and keep the movements slow.

2. Then lie on your back and do the same thing with the weights, keeping your back flat against the floor. Again, maybe 15 reps, moving slow and breathing easy through each motion.

If you stick with it for two months, or basically until the start of summer, I think you'll be pretty happy with the results.

👍
