Quick question about intimate care! Do you guys use any specific creams down there, maybe after shaving or just as part of your regular post-shower routine? I'm thinking we all want to keep things looking youthful and super hydrated...
Do actual creams even exist for that area?

Are there even specific creams designed for that area?

I’d suggest taking a moment to actually study the anatomy of that region first. You really need to understand the distinction between the vagina and the vulva before deciding what specifically needs moisturizing or hydration.

Brenda Foster29 said:This is the second or third time now that my gynecologist has basically told me—in plain English—that I need to "tone it down" when it comes to my intimate hygiene routine...

I use Lactacyd Femina wash, though certainly not on a daily basis—I’ve actually been cautioned before about being a bit too meticulous with my hygiene routines. My usual ritual involves a quick rinse with lukewarm water every morning and evening. As for internal cleansing, I have never once performed a douche... not even once.

I have become quite accustomed to using daily liners—specifically from the Always brand—without any added fragrances whatsoever...

I am at a complete loss regarding my gynecologist's recent comments... I honestly can't wrap my head around what they're getting at. Am I truly being oversensitive about this, or is there something more to it...?

What exactly constitutes proper feminine intimate hygiene?...

Who on earth would know that...? 🤔 🤷

I am currently utilizing... tampon For nearly a decade, my cycle has been consistently heavy, yet overnight, everything shifted to pads. Fortunately, I don't experience excessive bleeding, and my flow usually lasts about three to four days. From the moment my period starts until the middle stages conclude, I have relied on... Sanitary pads...Sometimes I go with a tampon here and there, but honestly? These days, the mere thought of wearing a pad during the day is enough to make me cringe. I’ve been seriously contemplating making a change for almost five years now... menstrual cup I actually went ahead and bought it myself... Meluna sa...but I haven't actually had a chance to test it out yet. I also have... Reusable cloth pads and cloth menstrual pads......though I don't actually make much use of them.

I am uncertain what you are attempting to communicate... perhaps there was an error in transmission or a missing context... I find myself waiting for further clarification... I find myself constantly switching between brands... I've already got a few new ones lined up for purchase... Biobazin picoper I feel like I've just hit rock bottom... everything is going wrong.

You can actually apply Gyno Pro using these lovely natural oils—think stuff like chamomile and geranium, which are just wonderful for the skin. It works beautifully whether you're using it as a lubricant or just for your regular daily care routine
