Look, I guess I’m a bit sensitive about this stuff—call it what you want. But honestly, most of my friends aren't the type to go throwing around profanity left and right; their vocabulary is actually a hell of a lot more refined than some old-school sailor's rant. Except, of course, for those specific people (check the thread above) who clearly never had anyone teach them a lick of manners—you know the type, they start swearing like sailors the second they have a few drinks in them.
And man, the absolute wildest thing I’ve ever heard was: "For crying out loud, quit biting my head off, jeez..." 😁

Look, I’m super sensitive when it comes to family stuff. You can talk trash about me all day if you want, but honestly, just don't even go there with my relatives. It's like, a line you just don't cross. I basically live by the rule that I treat people how I want to be treated, so I expect that same respect back from everyone else. 🙂 🙂

I swear at my buddies all the time, and they just swear right back at me—honestly, nobody in our circle gives a damn.

I mean, honestly, if someone’s pissed off, they’re gonna swear, right? Like, if some guy starts dropping insults about your mom, ah... big deal! It’s not like he’s actually sitting there thinking about your mother or anything, he’s just using it as a way to get under your skin... (it kind of makes you wonder, though—does anyone actually give a second thought to a simple "how's it going" when they're greeting🙄🙂

I once had a guy direct every profanity in the book at my mother. He was absolutely losing it, acting like I’d personally insulted his entire lineage. The thing is, I hadn't even done anything to him; I simply walked over to the table where he was sitting, picked up his beer, and poured it all over him. Once the shock wore off and he finally sobered up, he actually came around and apologized for his behavior later on.
