Australian Grand Prix - March 16, 2008

I’m sitting here watching the qualifying replays on ESPN.
The cars are dancing through those corners like they've lost their minds. Honestly, once we get into race conditions—with all the added pressure and tires starting to give out—I wouldn't be surprised if things go sideways more than a few times.

Philip's helmet looks like something straight out of a horror movie.

Look, Kubica is basically a qualifying specialist at this point. He spent half the lap mowing the grass with the chassis and somehow ended up only 1.5 tenths behind Lewis.

They make decent hats, too. I really need to pick up a new one soon—mine’s an old Williams Racing relic. They should have a booth at the Detroit Auto Show.

My only worry is he gets a little too cocky about taking pole and lets his guard down.

My only real fear is that Kubica ends up being the next Alesi.

I’m going to hop in the shower while I wait... I absolutely crushed my round tonight in record time. 25 miles Managed to distribute 130 newspapers in just over an hour and a half. 🙏
