How to move past old scars and baggage

Hey everyone, I have a quick question. I’ve got this little scar on my left arm, just below the shoulder, about an inch long. It’s been there for maybe a year, or maybe even a bit less. Does anyone know which cream actually works? I tried looking for a thread about this, but the ones I found were ancient and nobody seems to reply anymore. So, if you've dealt with something similar, could you let me know what you used and roughly how much it costs? Honestly, seeing it just reminds me of a really rough patch in my life, and I’d love to just make it disappear.

You just amputate that section of the goat. Then you let it heal up on its own. Heh.

If I remember correctly, Vitamin E—though I think it might be a little late for that now. You usually apply it while the wound is still healing. I'm pretty sure that goes for most other creams, too.

Plus, it really depends on how you got the scar in the first place. If you had a deep cut, honestly, a cream probably won't do much—you’d likely need something like plastic surgery to actually get rid of it.

If you're dealing with skin issues, just go see a dermatologist—they handle scar removal all the time using microdermabrasion, lasers, or even mechanical methods. They basically peel back the top layer of skin, which isn't even painful, and once the new skin grows back, the scar is pretty much gone.

I haven't personally gone through this myself, but someone else on here probably has—so check with them if you want the real specifics.
