Strange chest tightness/pressure – anyone else?

I’m sure there have been similar threads floating around before—honestly, I have absolutely no clue what the medical term for this is or even how to search for it properly—so if anyone out there actually knows more about this, please, I am begging you to weigh in...
Basically, just a centimeter to the left of where the lung lobes diverge—right near the stomach area, I think they call that the epigastric region?—I’ve had this constant, rhythmic twitching since yesterday evening. You know that annoying sensation when your eyelid starts fluttering uncontrollably and you just can't make it stop? It’s exactly like that, but in my chest, and significantly more intense—it’s actually visible, like the skin is physically pulsing up and down. There isn't any pain involved, but the sensation is incredibly bizarre. I'm 24 years old and currently three months pregnant—if that even matters in this context, which, let's be real, it probably does. What could this possibly be? Is this something I should be genuinely worried about, or is it just one of those things that will pass on its own? Thanks!

Can someone please—and I mean *please*—give me some kind of answer here? Because honestly... I’m starting to get a little worried about this whole situation...🙏

First off—don't stress too much because I really don't think it's anything serious. Maybe you ate something last night that didn't sit quite right, which would explain why the fluttering is happening near your stomach area. That seems like the most logical guess. That said, if you're feeling anxious about it, the best move is just to check in with your OB-GYN. Once they tell you everything is fine, you'll feel a lot better. 😉
Just think about how many different twitches, flutters, pulses, aches, or little stabs we feel throughout our lives that we don't even blink at because, well, it's just part of being human!👍

I had something similar once, right under my sternum, basically between two ribs. It was fluttering—you could actually feel it under your finger and see it happening, and it felt like my whole chest was jumping. Lasted maybe two or three days. It’s just like when your eyelid twitches, only in a weirder spot so you start stressing out. Honestly, don't sweat it; I think it's just a nerve acting up and that's it! 😉
