My immune system has been totally trashed this past year—feels like I'm catching every little bug going around. Anyone got any actual, tried-and-true tips for boosting it up from personal experience? Thanks in advance

Echinacea is honestly amazing if you're looking to give your immune system a real kickstart.
But wait, I think I might have seen you posting over in the "systemic lupus erythematosus" thread? If you're dealing with that or any other autoimmune issues, you definitely shouldn't be trying to ramp up your immunity like that.
I just noticed you mentioned you're struggling with RA, too. In that case, I'd actually suggest looking into black currant leaf tincture instead, because it works more as an immunomodulator and helps with inflammation.

Colostrum... while I suspect many people will dismiss this as absolute nonsense or just a way to throw money down the drain, I have personally experimented with it, and I must say, it truly seems to work...

Oh, I just saw you mentioned RA. In that case, maybe try some black currant leaf tincture? It's more about immunomodulation and fighting inflammation.

Where can I even find that tincture—and what's the damage like? Also, how do you actually take it? Thanks so much!

From what I've gathered, it's actually pretty tough to track down. I usually have to order mine from a specialty shop in New York whenever they happen to have it in stock. I don't think you'll find it sitting on the shelves at a local CVS or Walgreens, but honestly, it wouldn't hurt to ask just in case.
The way I do it is 3 times a day, taking about 5ml, roughly half an hour before you eat.

Mother's milk is definitely the way to go, isn't it? And please, just make sure you're supplementing with vitamins and eating plenty of fruits and vegetables!
