Hey everyone!
I’m honestly reaching my breaking point here, so if anyone has any actual advice, please help me out because I’m starting to feel desperate..πŸ™

Ever since I was a little kid, my digestion has been a total disaster, and I slowly started relying on laxatives to get through it.. Now? It’s gotten to the point where I literally can’t function without them. (My mom keeps insisting it’s all just "in my head," but how the hell is it psychological when I go five or six days without being able to use the bathroom unless I take something?) Nothing even works anymore except for this specific herbal tea from CVS that I’ve basically been chugging every three days for almost three years now..
I am seriously over it. I’ve actually started feeling nauseous and throwing up from drinking it, and I’m just done. I just want to be able to go to the bathroom like a normal person!!β˜•

Does anyone have any tips on how to break this cycle and stop being so dependent on these things??πŸ˜•

(I've tried everythingβ€”fruit cubes, yogurt, drops, smoothies, you name it... nothing helps at all😒)

I wonder if you might have considered trying those Pro Life supplements?

No way, I’ve never even heard of that stuff...🀷

What are they even talking about?

Well, take a look at this link (apologies, I couldn't quite track down an American version online) http://www.lekarnar.com/Bolecina/Zel...ljive-tablete/

And honestly, I’d say this one is also a pretty stellar product

So, I suppose you have a choice to make; for what it's worth, the Prolife option is roughly $13 (if I recall correctly, about 20 tablets) whereas this other one is closer to $30 (perhaps 100 tablets)

so you can pick whatever works for you, though Prolife goes for about $13 (if I recall, it's a 20-pack) while the second one is roughly $30 (for a 100-count bottle)

Thanks so much!πŸ˜‰

You might want to give Prolife a shot, though I’d strongly suggest steering clear of the chewablesβ€”they are absolutely revolting. Stick to the capsules if you can; they’re much more tolerable.
I honestly felt like I was going to be sick after trying them, and now I have this lingering, visceral aversion to those little tablets. Just a fair warning... though keep in mind the flavors vary quite a bit... πŸ˜‰
