Anyone else dealing with something similar?

I feel like I’m running in circles. After countless blood draws and endless lab results, I’m still stuck with zero answers. I don’t even know where to start with this mess, but here is the breakdown of what my labs are showing: Coombs positive
Anti-IgG positive
elevated bilirubin
low creatinine
low AST
low ALT

If anyone out there has dealt with something similar or actually understands what these numbers mean, please reach out

hm... well, have you tried getting a second opinion from another doctor? I mean, if one specialist is just staring at you blankly, maybe someone else might actually have a clue... Btw, if they're just looking at basic blood work and nothing else, there's still a massive pile of other diagnostic tests used to rule things out... I guess if a doctor honestly doesn't know what's wrong, they really should be sending you off for more specialized testing...

I honestly expected more people to weigh in on this. Maybe I just misread the room and that’s all there is to it.

Honestly, it was mostly just seeing that sickly yellow tint in the whites of my eyes.

Hey, look, based on your username, I’m guessing you already realize your labs are pointing toward some liver issues (mainly that high bilirubin and the yellowing in your eyes). If I were in your shoes, I'd definitely push for more deep-dive liver panels to figure out exactly what's going on and how to tackle it. Just stay strong... the liver is actually pretty good at regenerating itself, so if you catch this early, you shouldn't be looking at anything too crazy. 👍
