Maybe. Or at least it was within the last year—I chatted with a girl who went through it. Unfortunately, we didn't stay in touch after we both attended the same seminar, so I have no clue where she ended up now.

There are actually quite a few spots to check out! Personally, I know of some great options over at Grand Central Market and in California...😉

Can anyone drop a link if they have one?

Now, we could easily spiral back into that endless debate about what S-Factor actually represents... but I'll try my best to hold myself back.

Even if you’re looking to jump straight into the debate, 😁
I barely know anything about this subject myself, and frankly, I couldn't care less. I'm just passing along what I've heard. 🙂

Check out Grand Central Market; Ana Ivandic runs it there. You can reach her at 555-012-3456 or 212-555-0198. Besides her, I heard they might open a spot over in Venice this summer. She’s actually heading to Las Vegas soon to grab a certification. Either way, if you want training twice a week at Grand Central Market, it'll run you about $67 a month. I'm not sure what the rates are directly at S-Factor, but she does great ab workouts. Honestly, seeing her students' results from S-Factor is just mind-blowing...

Aside from her, I heard there’s a new studio opening up somewhere near San Diego once summer hits. In the meantime, some instructors might head out to Vegas or somewhere similar to pick up certifications. Anyway, if you're looking at Dolce Vita, assuming you go twice a week, it'll run you about $67 a month. I'm not entirely sure what the situation is over at the Chicago Bulls studio, but she teaches core work there and she's actually quite good at it. And honestly, seeing the progress of her students at the Chicago Bulls... it's genuinely impressive...
Do you happen to know what the minimum age is to start training at the Chicago Bulls?
And what's the youngest girl currently in your club? Thanks in advance!! 😉
