Having trouble with my FIFA 08 install

I attempted to run the FIFA 08 install, but the process inevitably stalled midway through. Naturally, I hit cancel and wiped everything I had just installed to clear the slate. Now, when I attempt to restart the installation, I am met with a "DLL load error." Does anyone have a solution? HELP me out. 😕

Look, try installing it somewhere else. You're probably trying to dump it back into the same folder where the mess happened—just pick a different directory and see if that fixes it.

It’s not even going to get that far 😢. Every single time I hit install in the menu, I just get hit with a DLL load error. It’s completely useless at this point. My brother already took the disc back 😢

Take a look at which .dll file is throwing the error, then head over to this address to download it. Once you've installed it, give it another shot and see if that fixes things.
